Stefanie Fletcher came to Chateau Mortgage in May of 1992, with 8 years of Mortgage experience.  Although she has worked in every phase of the Mortgage process: processing, underwriting, closing and management; she is currently working in the capacity of a Loan Officer.  The reason for this is simple... she loves meeting with the people & guiding them through the dream of Homeownership!

Stefanie has long standing relationships with Realtors, CPA's and Financial Consultants.  And she has been with Chateau for so long now; she has originated multiple transactions for the same borrower's!  It really says a lot about someone in the Mortgage field when customers keep coming back!
